The Pink Xtreme 2020

Nestled within a natural amphitheater shaped by the vertical cliffs of the spectacular Simonsberg Mountain, lies Vrede en Lust Estate – home to the wines produced and bottled by the Buys-family.

On the 10th of October 2020 the farm will be hosting their 5th annual Trail Run to help raise funds during Cancer Awareness month.

Runners will run through the vineyard on the slopes of the Simonsberg mountain and experience some of the most spectacular views on offer in the Paarl / Franschoek region.

Originally the Pink Xtreme 2020 was going to be a virtual event but now that we are in Level 1 of the lockdown regulations we are able to accommodate runners for the actual event at the farm. Only 300 entries will be available and we will only except online entries. NO on the day entries!!!!

Our entry fee for 2020 will be the same as 2019. Your full entry fee will be donated to CANSA. Last year we donated R96 000!!!

10km  –  Run / Walk  –  R160  –  Start – Batch 1 – 7:45am Batch 2 – 800:am
21km  –   Run  – R210 –  Batch 1 – Start 7:00 am Batch 2 – 7:15am

The 1st 200 entries will receive a goody bag after your run. .
Medals for all finishers.

Full entry fee will be donated to CANSA!!!!

Prizes: 1, 2nd and 3rd both male and female.

Timing will be done with Webscorer.

Registration will open at 6:00. NB!! Please arrive at least 40min before your starting time to allow us to do a temp scan before your run.

Sanitiser will be available.

It is compulsory to wear a mask at the venue. You do not have to run with the mask.

Only 300 entries!!! Please note that your entry will be deleted if not paid within 3 days of your entry.
